When I was alone, I used to haul the Sporster in the TV(pain in the a$$), and tow the PUP everywhere.....but with the D-other & the CT/TH conversion, I can get both bikes inside (tightly!) easily with the floor just 15" off the ground, and still have a low-profile T that's fully equipped---and will fit in the 10' garage...there are always trade-offs no matter what....my profile pic is fully loaded---2 full size bikes, genset, 2 pedal-bikes, firewood---everything, and GCW is 10.7K including the TV, w/o WD/Sway.....ya' just have to prioritize....and then pick your prize!

Our SIL's brother (does that make him our SIL once removed?) built one from the ground up. Only thing he bought ready made was the axle and wheels. Built the frame from square steel tube, finished the inside in birch, (he's single) made a single bed and a sleeping place for his dog, has 12v and 120v lights. He puts up a screen house when it rains, tows with a V6 Dakota. Neat rig for weekend camping and over the road trips. He pulled it from VA to Calgary a couple of summers ago.

It's kinda over the top unless your a Disney fanatic.
But it is a cool trailer.

That is a custom job. Carol bought a clamshell model T@B, originally had red trim and flame graphics. She took off the trim and pained it blue, and took off the original graphics and "Mickey-ized" it. She even replaced the cabinet handles with all Mickey ones. I had the pleasure of seeing the MousKeT@B at a T@B gathing last Nov.

And we also camp in ours pretty frequently. We try to go out at least once a month from Sept-May. We avoid the summer crowds LOL I originally wanted a Camp Inn Teardrop but DH wanted something he could at least stand up in. T@B has a clamshell floorplan that has the outdoor galley like regular teardrop, so it was our perfect compromise.

If you really want to know about the huge teardrop cummunity,go to the T&TTT Forum and you will see that there are many many people going out in their tears.

Airstream has their own version of this.....so they must be popular.
Cannot explain the look.....closer to a tear drop vs. a trailer.
We are in the market for one or at least I am...... great as a small trailer to go to your kids outings/ football games to tailgate and for me.....small enough to take on my golf excursions...

If I was in the market I would get one of the Genesis trailers here:

http://www.americansporttrailer.com/index.html

A bit bigger and heavier but it is the smallest one I have seen that is well built, has a big enough water tank and most important -- a real toilet and shower. I just don't like the outside galley setup.

Here are some more photos of the Genesis:

In fact, there are a lot of small trailer brands and photos on that site. Some fiberglass trailers like Scamp and Casita have 13' models with shower-toilet.
