Yahoo.... I just loaded up the Garmin and the trip to Moon Rocks is about 325 miles. I figure my round trip diesel cost will be $360.

That's not bad for an 8 day vacation

Scott,

Is the weather in Reno the same as it's gonna be at Moon Rocks?

The editor of ToyHauler Magazine (tvmotorsports) lives in Ridgecrest. We should nag him about saying it was too far!

Look forward to indoctrinating you to the northern Nevada desert. There is so much and varied terrain there that is not well publicized, you can go every week all winter within 50 miles of each location and ride something new and different.

Look forward to meeting you and your family!

Its official, CalNevOre will be the first riding outing for our Road Warrior RWT, or Optimus Prime as the kids are calling it.

Check my other thread in about a week for pictures and first impressions.
