I am in the process of buying a Rockwood 8314SS. The rear living room is exactly what I wanted as well!

Here's the layout:

Here's a couple photos from the very model we are buying from the RV Show in Chicago:

Keystone has a Sprinter and a Springdale with that floorplan. Can check out their floorplans at Keystonerv.com.
We have a friend with the Springdale one and they love it.

Just as a example - you can get the above Rockwood for about 19K new out the door from RVwholesalers.com

They also carry other brands. I think you will find that RVDirect.com and RVWholesalers.com and EBay Motors has many rear living room layouts from several companies. Most can be had brand new under 20K shipped to your door.

You may want to consider Heartland Northtrail brand ultralight - they have a nice rear living layout and also Keystone Passport.

Good luck shopping.

See you currently have a Prowler. We like our 2006 Prowler 260RLS, floor plan almost the same as the Rockwood 8314SS, which we also looked at. We thought the Rockwood was "prettier" (DW), but the Prowler a bit more solid...plus we made a better deal on the Prowler by a couple of $K. We have the Extreme Edition with enclosed tanks, etc. Particularly like the two door system and the bay window in living room. Has given us many pleasant memories and no problems so far...about 8K miles. The Captain's chairs and the bay window make your day when you're backed up to a surf sunset (or a myriad of other places).

We looked at the Coachmen Chaparral before we bought our Rockwood. Our previous trailer was a Coachmen and we really liked it but found the Rockwood hat a more homey interior (in our opinion). So far it's been at LEAST equal to the Coachmen quality. Never had any problems with either one. Good luck with your decision / Skip

We went for the Fleetwood Yukon 300RLS love the floorplan and the weight is just right for us, Looked at the Outbacks but they had the narrow slide didn't really feel like a slide to us.

We have the RL in our Wildwood. I don't think we could live without it now.
