Hey any of you fellow westerners recall a site/gentleman called “The Campground Critic”? It was a great website as he did his own reviews of parks out west he had been to with a honest opinion, pictures, particulars, etc……….any of you know if that site is still around and just with a different address? Really enjoyed it and gave us some great ideas!!

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately that is not it, the one I am referring to was a guys personal website that I think he just kind of did for fun............however like I was saying had some great places listed to try with a good summary of it and pictures.

Not active yet.
That one I would avoid as its a finance outfit and you will probably have to join and give them a lot of private info, wait and see.

I think I know the one your talking about. He had a older pull trailer & a station wagon right. I have'nt seen his site for over a year now.
He was reason I found Carson Lake outside of Whitecourt.

He used to review on fridays on CHQR AM 770 but i have not heard this for about a year, and his web site is gone....

Hey thanks for all the input guys, yes his site has been gone for a while now which is too bad....we really enjoyed it!! I hope the guy is ok!!
Anyhow I appreciate the additional sites you guys have given us, cant ever hurt to have more places to research and daydreamwhile viewing this time of year planning for the summer!!
On a good note spent 2 days calling Mt Kidd Feb 1st finally getting through and got pretty much the sites we wanted to 3 weekend trips in May and June!! I am dreading having to do it all over again come March 1st for 2 trips we want to take in each July and Aug.
