No problems with leaks or such on our 2006 Jay Feather 213. We camp with several that have rear beds, all Jaycos or Surveyor, never heard of any complaints from either brand.
No major troubles with ours. Had the dealer put in a few extra screws into the rails as mentioned above when he had it to reattach the cable that ran out the back to provide power to the overhead light in the slide. The kids had yanked on it while playing. It was all no charge visit. Good trailer and good people to work with at KZ.

Extra screws didnt do it for us. Ours came factory with tons of screws. Without the front bottom edge being supported by a jack, ours pulled the track right over the heads of the screws. We don't tow offroad, but our yearly trip from Tx to Destin Fl on I10 may qualify as being offroad. What a horrible highway!
Support the front of your rear slide bed when traveling with a screw type jack, it's cheap insurance. We just got ours back from the dealer for a myriad of warranty repairs, we'll see if the new rails hold up.
