The biggest advantage of owning your own business, is that you get to pick the
50 to 60 hours a week that you work.
Also, if your going to be open year round, when will you be able to travel in your RV ?

Brenda works in the park we're staying at for now and we both agree that we need more of a life than this. No thanks for us but if you decide to do it....good luck!!

Make sure you aren't "buying a job." That is, make sure you get a return on investment in addition to your salary. Otherwise you are better off getting your salary from someone else and investing your money somewhere where it does bring a return on investment.

Generally the ROI guys seem to overlook that value of SATISFACTION - so when you're calculating your ROI don't forget to factor in the satisfaction that comes at the end of the day from looking at what you've accomplished with your own sweat and tears. It's something that you never get from working for someone else.

NO, absolutely not!
Unless you have a seasonal campground, you'd be tied to it 24/7/365...don't count on being able to find competent help who could run the place while you were gone.
Then there's the fact that you'd have to deal with the public, not always a pleasant thing.
