I know, I know, I can't believe I have leftovers as well. My 2 teenagers could eat a dozen each between the 2 of them. But get this.....they only had a couple and out the door they went. Go figure. LOL!
I saw the Paula Deen recipe for them...I may try that, but was wondering if there were any other ones besides the bread pudding one.

Why not try creating your own Trifle? This should give you some ideas.

Good luck.

My wife has a recipe that calls for day old dougnuts. It is called "Heart Attack on a Plate." Let me know if you want it. I'll ask her.

This may be the bread pudding recipe that Leo mentioned. I believe it came from this forum.

2 dozen Krispy Kreme donuts

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 (4.5-ounce) cans fruit cocktail (undrained)
2 eggs, beaten
1 (9-ounce) box raisins
1 pinch salt
1 or 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Butter Rum Sauce, recipe follows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cube donuts into a large bowl. Pour other ingredients on top of donuts and let soak for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients together until donuts have soaked up the liquid as much as possible.
Bake for about 1 hour until center has jelled. Top with Butter Rum Sauce.

Butter Rum Sauce:
1 stick butter
1 pound box confectioners' sugar
Rum, to taste

Melt butter and slowly stir in confectioners' sugar. Add rum and heat until bubbly. Pour over each serving of Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding.

We recently ended up with two dozen KK donuts from a school fundraiser and I froze the second one in Gallon size freezer bags in a single layer. Pop one out, micro for a few seconds and Voila' Hot KK donut!
