... that you'll ever do.
Two can be as bad as one
it's the loneliest number
since the number one.
Brought to you by 3 Dog Nite:

Sometimes when going to the Vet I've seen raised eyebrows when walking in with a Rott on one leash and a ChitBull Terror (or so HE thinks, Chihuahua is Spanish for pea brain) on the other. If any of you have concerns about bringing a small dog into the house with a large dog, such as a Rott, here's some advice. Establish at a VERY EARLY age that the Rott is DAD's dog and not to be attacked or chewed on (too much). If you do this you can continue to provide a safe home for the Rott.
Murphy the foxhound mix (or so the vet says), is Riley's (the Rott) dog. Where Riley goes so goes Murphy.......

Forgot to add, pay no attention to the paper scraps on the floor, we've been trying for 15 years to get Ethel the love bird to not litter, I don't think she's paying attention to us.

That is an adorable picture! I have tried, without luck, to convince our two dogs and cat that each could provide valuable body heat, but then, this IS Southern California. I'll bet they'd see it differently if we lived in a cold climate.

What a great photo! I wish our 3 dogs would be smart enough to share. They're like siblings complaining if one of the others touches them on the bed.

I wish I knew how to post a picture...I can never quite figure it out! I have a 45 pound beagle that is PETRIFIED of a 5 pound kitten and gives her bed up to her with NO argument! I'm trying to make her understand it's a good thing to let the kitten lay with her...it'll keep her warmer! You'd think at 13 the beagle would have figured that one out!?

Like the ones in the spare bedroom?
We gave up and put that one in the living room and now it's the most popular spot in the house when the rest of the pack (ie: mom & dad) is there.
