I always recommend OtterLake, I loved it there. They have a huge lake HUGE! Great family CG lots of activities, clean paved roads and pretty close to everything around the poconos. I had site L-5 and it was very nice, pretty big, level, gravel and right on the lake.

Ho big is your TT? We have a 30 footer and were told most of the sites would be tight. We drove through but that was it. My BIL has free passes for there but his 34' probably wouldn't fit.
Otter Lake is a great family CG. They only take 7-day minimum stays during the peak summer season. They are a bit pricey, but full of amenities. The indoor pool and many indoor activities are a plus if we get some rain. If you are more into state parks then I would suggest Promised Land State Park. Or PP+L's Wilsonville Campground on Lake Walenpaupak.
Why am I always putting my 2 cents in when it's only a penny for your thoughts?

Many happy memories of group trips to Otter Lake when we had the popup. We always went with a large group of friends and the kids (mostly boys) always had fun time together, as well as the adults! Places nearby to explore too.
Fishing, canoeing, ceramic painting. Very fun.
Promise Land State Park we stayed at in our old RV two years ago. We really enjoyed that too. Just hubby and me and then extended family met us there lakeside for a picnic!

I had no trouble and my camper is 34, I saw even larger rigs in there. Shoot on my first trip there I shot past the entrance and pulled into the next drive only to realize that was not the entrance and there was no way out or a spot to turn around. Had to back her out of the drive and then back down the road to pull in the correct exit FUN!
Otter Lake is very nice campground, you could also check out Mountain Vista Campground, nice campground we stayed there about year ago. It's very close to the Delaware Water Gap.

What would be a #2 choice for the Poconos? Otter Lake was our first pick, but they are all booked up our week.... I see a few votes for Mountain Vista, any pros or cons?
We were hoping to stay somewhere where we didn't HAVE to go somewhere to keep the family active. That's what attracted us to Otter Lake....

Mountain Vista is nice, just don't get the 3rd pull-through going up the hill(sorry I don't know the site #). There is a street light that literally lights up your whole campsite and the sewer connection is up hill.
