Terry, I just saw a poll that McCain is ahead of Obama. Apparently the collective memory of a big portion of the population of the US is no longer than about 2 weeks!

Lee, after a few years in the Real Estate related biz I have learned several things:
1) Hindsight is 20/20
2) If you gotta sell, you gotta sell
3) The time is NEVER better than right now
4) The bottom of the buy market is always 3 months after you bought, and,
5) The top of the sell market is always 3 months after you sold. (Or 3 years, or 3 decades)
6) Finally, don't beat yourself up about how what is happening now looks compared to how it did when you acted. When you acted you did the right thing for those circumstances.
That always helped me (and some of my clients) feel better!
P.S. I don't think I could be President either, and I don't even remember why!

Anybody else watching "Greatest American Dog"...we were cheering for Ron and Tillman our local celeberties but now we are pulling for Bill and Star.

YaHoooooooooo - The contractor said that they would start next week on the repairs. I hope the sub-contractors are in agreement to that!
Marcelle, glad you had a great first day back to school! How was Catlin's first day??? Boy school starts early in your neck of the woods doesn't it. I don't think kids go back to school around here for a couple more weeks.

More good news today!
Marcelle a good first day usually means a great school year! My daughter's school started last Wed. and they already had Back to School Night! Back in the "old days" we didn't start school until after Labor Day. Of course that was when we had to walk 10 miles to school, through the snow, uphill both ways!

Terry-You so got that right! They gave me a warm Welcome back. Caitlin's Kindergarten and 3rd grade teacher gave me great big ol' bear hugs.
Judy-Thanks! Caitlin had a great 1st day of high school. She and her friends were a little nervous. Kelly made her go by the school again yesterday with her to make sure she knew where all her classes were,lol!! Actually,she was very excited about today.
