We get on average of 2 snow days a year....

Bring me a copy of that diet Doug...or is it the common sense one...eat less, eat less sugar, eat less fat, eat smaller portions, eat more often, watch what you eat! My parents are here for about a month and my Mom is a great cook, so diet will come after they leave!
I still have to sign up for food, although looks like Terry has dibs on my staple appetizer...chili cheese dip and someone else is bringing meatballs, so I'll have to put on my thinking cap...hmmmmmm

That's the one. Plus, eat off of a 6" diameter paper plate and when you're just "sort of" hungry, only smell some food and go outside and do something else until you're really hungry. Down another 3 pounds in the last week. About 10 pounds to go to get to target weight...then try to maintain it. That's the real hard part.

Linda, We finely (after all these years) joined Weight Watchers and in 5 weeks I have lost 20 Brianna has lost 9 and Shelia lost 7 (like she really needs it) but anyway it works real well and I am not starving for food at all. I do have to admit I miss Oreos and other stuff. But over all it ain't to bad. We use the point system and you can even eat out. You just watch your points and the more and more you do it the better you get at it. We are also walking 2.5 miles a day and Brianna rides her bike.
Psssssst... Linda you could bring those little weenies in BBQ Sauce and some shaved Almonds for the Ice Cream Social.....

Hi Folks,
Hope everyone has good plans for the weekend.
Tomorrow I go in for my LASIK eye surgery. It is a bit scary, but I am very excited to finally get it done. My weekend will be spent very close to home, hopefully recovering for the work week on Monday.
