Has anyone replaced the crappy Seneca stereo head with an aftermarket head unit? I am having issues with the stereo in the Seneca, such as extreme difficulty turning the unit on and off. Hit the power button and the thing will not even turn on or off without multiple attempts, sometimes when on hitting the power button it changes functions from CD, to radio, etc. Pain in the but!!
I would like to install an aftermarket head and was wondering if anyone could recommend the appropriate wiring harness for an easy installation.
I have installed many stereos in my day and the harness is what makes the install work the easiest.

On my '07 Chateau Kodiak I replaced the factory stereo and speakers. If you have replaced some stereos you probably have an opinion on Crutchfield, either you love 'em or you hate 'em. I am willing to pay their prices cuz they always set you up with everything you need. The job was relatively straight forward, here is what I got from Cruthfield.
If your PM is open I will forward the bill of materials for complete details. The above is for anyone else who is curious.
WARNING: Do not test any of your electrical connections by turning the key with any dash switch is disconnected, it will throw the engine computer into fault mode. I found out the hard way.
