Considering the three that are left, I'd be content with any of them winning. David Cook will be successful no matter what, imho.
At this point it doesn't matter too much to me. They are all good. Syesha has a great stage presence. David A. needs to grow up. My husband commented last night that he still looks as if he might cry at any second. He has a very good voice though.

....David A. is a nice kid, only seventeen. How old should he be acting? He has a wonderful voice....I like the kid, even though he is decent, well mannered, and unassuming.....

I actually enjoy him more each week, just because he is decent, well mannered and unassuming, and consistent in being himself.

IT AIN'T NO PERSONALITY CONTEST !!
Syesha would win, if it were.

Syesha is the only one with any vocal range at all. However, it IS a personality contest so David Cook will likely win.
I'm sure David A. will lose in an unassuming, decent, and well-mannered way.

Well, your boy Cook surely wouldn't!
How does a stodgy old tax guy become such a musical guru, anyway?
(Don't delete me, Mod....he can take it! LOL)

David A. is a nice boy, don't get me wrong. But when I say he should grow up he should at least act 17. I've seen kids his age, granted not on a major TV show, perform in public without looking as if they would cry. Perform as in act, sing, play sports, etc...
I will say every time I look at him I think of him as a little ornament on taxgun's rear view mirror

As you noted, AI is not your average stage play in the local theater.
People react differently to the same circumstances - I've seen many people squash a bug but my DW still screams when she sees one - doesn't mean she's not "grown up".
