Had 4 ceilling stains on my class A from roof leacking under new custom rv cover. Was wondering how to remove large stains from ceilling. It is still pretty cold here in Mich, will have to wait untill it warms up a little. I have no heat in motor home. Thank you very much for information. Garyl44

I have been very succesful with a solution of 1:5 bleach to water in a spray bottle. Mist it on and let sit. Be careful to cover anything around that you don't want discolored. Go back in an hour to find the stains disappearing. Reapply a few times until they are no longer visible. There is a product out there that I have read about but the name escapes me and apparently it is just an overpriced chlorine based product anyway.

I hate to say this, but you better find the leaks before you worry about the stains, or the stains will just be back and bigger!

And make sure you spray over the Chlorine after the stain disappears with white Vinegar to neautralize the Chlorine.

Yes, that would be the first thing. No matter what you use to remove the stain, best test it in an inconspicuous place first, as some cleaners do more harm than good. I personally use an Oxygen cleaner (clorine free) powder, it is in with the laundry detergent area of most grocery stores. It has done the job for me.
