You'll be just great! Just pretend that Tony and the camera person are campers who just walked up and asked for a super easy DO recipe. YOU are the true teacher on how to use the DO - - you don't have to study anything beforehand to remember - - the recipes are a natural in your mind, you know the charcoal, and you will already have the finished product so the viewers will never know how the ones cooked "on air" come out. Sounds like you have everything under control - you'll shine!!
A mentor teacher of mine once told me that no matter how many times you get up in front of people, if you are not at least a little bit nervous, you won't do as well a job teaching/speaking. So, again, you will be wonderful!!
Just know that we are all behind you - what better group to have on your side!
Break a leg!! (no, WAIT!! that's theater!! ha!!)

Well folks . . . it's almost here! Tomorrow's the big night!
Tony's Cooking & Gardening Tips
I found a really cute blouse today at Walmart, so I'm psyched that I have something nice to wear! I have a LOT of work to do tomorrow! I have to have both dishes already cooked so that we can show the "done" dish after we finish talking about how to put it together and place the charcoal. I've decided that we'll ONLY show anything using charcoal, rather than confuse anything with the propane burner. That's too much to talk about and not confuse folks. Tony's going to have charcoal ready, so all we have to do is show the placement, and then "Wala!" Magically here's one that's done!
So, I have to get my timing just right to get the dishes there hot and on-time.
OYE! My mind is just swirling!!!!!!
