I think I have decided on an equalizer 1400# or 1200#.

Now I just need a good deal, does anyone know of the cheapest place out there to get one?

I might even consider used if I coud find one...

Thanks Les, that one was listed at $375 and that is prior to shipping, that same set up should be about that much new 'with' shipping... I was hoping for a good deal if it was a used one...

Thanks for the tip though!

Check some of your local RV shops/dealers. They have access to the Equalizer at pretty decent prices....and sometimes just for the sale, they will set it up for you with your rig. You can find them used. Just make sure you know if they are the "real" Equal-i-zer, or the chain-link type. Good luck.
