We were just thinking about all of the Snowbirds who headed out of the RGV yesterday and hoping you are all safe traveling in the severe forecasted weather.

It got a tad breezy down here today, huh? We too hope everyone that left yesterday will get hunkered down in a safe place til the weather passes. Please be careful out there, folks.
My wife and I were returning to SCA from MD via Route 20/10. It was windy thru AZ and we had to reduce speed. When we crossed over the river into CA, it became very windy. Even at 55 mph it was difficult to stay on the road. Pulled off and are spending the night in Blythe CA. Try again tomorrow
We're currently camped in Desert Hot Springs (near Palm Springs). Drove the toad down I-10 today and it was hairy. Will not take the motor home out until the wind gusts decrease. Weather forecast says that Monday will be better.
Stay safe everyone.
