Can anyone suggest campgrounds between Lansing and Port Huron Michigan that offer seasonal camping? I have two children 6 and 8, so I am looking for something that is "kid" friendly.

Only ones I know are around Durant along I-69 and they are mostly retirees.

Port Huron KOA is quite nice. Lots of activities geared to families. We did notice some seasonal sites there, all kept up quite well (no junkiness.)

Suggest you try www.michcampgrounds.com. Also there are many county and city municipal cg's that rent seasonal. Try checking with county recreation departments in the area. You can find county and city government offices thru www.michigan.gov
