Yah, I hear ya on the frustrating!
The comment on the house was just kind of a joke. I's similar to the comment my DW "bugged" me with for about a year, until I decided she was right. But then, that was AFTER the kids, and between snowbirding and my seasonal summer work taking us farther away, we weren't using it much anyway. I can still say that it IS the best thing WE ever did!

Choosing a Domicile really is a political choice. Which State has a balanced budget, which one uses income tax or sales tax or both, also fuel/tobacco/alcohol taxes or is likely to have governing body that is likely to change it all.

After all, even as fulltimer's we're still allowed to Vote....
