Thanks for the reply Utah. Like you I find that late afternoon seems to be best. I just tried again, 6:30 EST with no success. I did not know that Tina and Mike were not there this week. Maybe things will be better next week. Thanks again,

Wayne

I don't care what the price is...if you get through the 30 pages or so of posts on this topic, the problems, the delays, the lies, the billing problems, the odd websites, putting out to collections in error (happened to me), why would you order now? Now we have people who finally got the product are looking for warranty help and end up in the same queue as everyone else... I just have to wonder why...

I made the mistake of ordering in Feb...have learned my lesson...although I cannot stop watching this thread...its like a perpetual car wreck.

Reading the Internet is equivalent to a college course in psychology and human relations.

Even with all that's going on, I still see people in other threads recommending Saf-Tee or whatever it's called now.

Even though Saf-Tee may eventually get their act together, both in customer response and product reliability, to recommend them at this point is amusing. It makes one wonder what those doing the recommendation are thinking when they do so.

After 17 emails and 6 phone calls since 22 Jun I haven't heard a word from them with the exception of DJ over a month ago on a warranty issue. Anyone talked directly with Todd, Tina or Mike lately??

I leave messages and emails for them, but they don’t call back. If they don’t have a current inventory they could at least tell us that.

I tried 4 times today to reach them by phone and got the same thing. Nobody is availible and the answer machine is full. I have never been able to get an e-mail to go through. I think that all is not well at Saf-tte!!! Has anyone been able to get through to the new company Roll Right? Assuming it is part of the original.

Did anyone get a response from Gobiz, the manufacturer, whether they will sell online?

I ordered their system in early July and was told that the system would be shipped the next week. Searched the internet and found the best price and ordered it. Saw the initial post on this forum but the message was several months old and I did not take the time to read the 50 + pages concerning this product: Big mistake!! I have been unable to communicate with the Truckers Part Store since I ordered the system and Paid for the purchase with a debit card. Since they are not answering their phone I have sent an e mail to their customer service asking them to cancel my order. Now I have to see if there is any way I can recover the money through my bank debit card. Not sure how this will turn out. Too Bad, looks like this is a reliable product but the distrubtor seems to have screwed over a lot of people, which in turn will have a very negative impact on future sales of the SAF TTE LLC monitoring system. The manufacture, Gobiz, should be saying, " WE HAVE A PROBLEM "
