Found this on ebay, decided to spend the $129 for both the camera and monitor to see if it was any good! Initially the quality looks very nice... The monitor is a bit hard to see in bright light but I may be able to change the brightness (haven't played with it yet)
Here are my pics
Some things I really like is that I wired it to come on with my motor home so it just pop on every time I go anywhere and shuts off anytime I turn off the motor home. It should be high enough to see over my boat (hopefully). The display is reflective enough to still function as a mirror (so I can see whats going on in the back of the motor home). I will report how things work over the next few trips!
It has a second video input that I will use for another camera mounted down by my hitch so I can back up to the boat trailer quickly and by myself!
Overall, I am very impressed!

That's very similar to the one I purchased. I did wire up my TT with a second camera, so easy to switch between the two views with the included remote control.
Actual picture of it in use. The image in the mirror is from the TT camera. That's my BIL's truck parked behind us while we were towing our TT.
The brightness is adjustable. In full sunlight, it will be slightly washed out, but when I use it as a monitor, rather than a mirror, I tip the mirror towards me (flatter angle), which greatly improves the image quality.
My LCD rearview mirror monitor had a reflective coating on it so that when the screen was off, it looked like a regular mirror. However, the image was not bright enough, so I took it apart and cut out the plexiglass so that the LCD display was unobstructed. It's nice and bright now! I have a truck camper so I don't need the mirror anyways ... nothing to see except for the kids hitting and bugging each other.

Great suggestion!! I may just do that too but just for the screen part and leave the edges a mirror...

Nice job!
Nice looking install, I looked at all kinds of mirror displays on ebay but I ended up buying this one because it had the controls right on the front so if I lost my remote it would still function... So far, I am very happy!
it was fairly easy if you can open up your dash and have a way to get the cable from the back to the front. I ran the cable in under my top light and powered it from my bathroom fan (I wanted it to be on if my lights were on or not). I still need to run the cable forward, I am thinking about how the best way to do it would be... My roof has styro insulation so I cant just snake it up over everything which would have been cool to be able to do!
My suggestion if you dont need it up high is to run the cable under the frame up to the engine bay and in thru a plug somewhere... This is how I plan on doing my lower camera install down the road.
