1997 Honda Civic - 300,000kms and I plan on driving it for at least another 100,000.
Worst - 1998 Ford Winstar with the 3.8L engine. Thank goodness I had the extended warranty.
Ok, the real worst car (reliability wise)I ever had was a 1976 Triumph TR7. The whole thing was pretty much held together with binder twine and duct tape. Of course it didn't help that the previous owner put in off the shelf parts that weren't appropriate - I know it's had to find parts for a British car, but you can't just slap in whatever you can find at the corner hardware/auto parts store.
But at least it was fun to drive.

My Pontiac Bonneville with the heralded GM 3800 V6 is still running strong after 10 years and 100k miles. (yea, I had to replace the plastic manifold)
My Pontiac Sunbird before that, 10 years and over 120k miles.
My Dodge ram van was still running like new when I sold it... 130k miles. (12 years old).
I am not that old,, so that is about all I got. =P

I have a '85 Ford Ranger 2.8 4x4 ( bought new) that my youngest son blew a head gasket in at 295,000 mi. Waiting for repairs and my daughter wants to drive it some more. I inherited my FIL '75 Ford Ranger 250 Camper special, drove it a few years and gave it to my oldest son to drive until he melted down a piston, at around 300,000, then BIL used it in a destruction derby. End of truck. I had an '89 GMC Sierra 2500 that I sold to a cousin at 295,000 mi. He drove it for 2 more years. My current '04 Silverado 2500HD has 113,000 and runs like the day I bought it.

I envy you guys. I am an idiot - I trade my vehicles too often and know I take a hit financially. I have owned 40 vehicles in 40 years, although in the early days all I could afford to drive were junkers. Hopefully we can keep our '05 Buick LaCrosse and '08 GMC3500 DMAX/Ally for awhile!

Another one: Ford's Panther cars (Crown Vic, Grand Marquis, Town Car). There's a reason taxi companies run these tanks 350,000+ miles.
Any Mopar with a slant six.

1985 Honda Civic DX.
Sold it with 192,000 on the click.
Never broke. Still had the original clutch.
I should have kept that car...it was still like new when I sold it in 1992.

I'd have to go with with Honda's for great Cars. Here is what I'm driving now.
1997 Honda Accord 5 Speed - 185K with only regular maintenance (oil/filters/etc)
1999 Ford F-250 7.3l - 115K (just purchased at 99K
2000 Honda Odyssey - 172K with only regular maintenance (oil/filters/etc)
My hope is to push them all past 250K before upgrading.

I just bought a car with GM's fabled 3800 90 degree V6, because of the reputation. Longest lasting vehicle we ever had was a '76 Chev Impala, bought new in Dec' 75 by my parents. We bought it in '84, it lasted till '97...still towing trailers. The mechanicals were fine , it rusted out.
It had the 350 Chevy V8...tremendous engine ant the GM THM 350 transmission..tremendous transmission.
If I were in the market for a small pickup, I think I would look at the Ford Ranger with the 4 liter V6 and 5 speed standard. Heard a few things about it's exceptional durability.
