I just spent some time on our '06 C-class. I noticed little blue/green spots on the roof membrane and even on the vent covers. I suppose it is some sort of lichen. What sort of stuff should I use to get rid of it? I thought bleach would be a good start. Then there ought to be a sealer to keep it from coming back.
I too would start with Spic & Span, (As opposed to dawn) A mop and a bucket, Just as though it was the kitchen floor... I like to avoid high pressure but .. if they come back, that will work.

There was a post a few weeks ago and someone said to buy some Jomax from Home depot in the paint dept. it is used to get rid of mold, will not harm the paint or the grass or bushes. I bought some and have not used it yet, waiting for the rain to stop first.
I've used oxy clean. Note: It will remove the wax on the walls
