I know I saw this picture on this site. I wanted to know how he mounted the tie downs on the walls. Did he use a stud finder to locate beams? What type of hardware did he use? And last but not least how sturdy has it been? If anyone else has any experience I would love to know how you did it.

I have an '08 Raptor and looked at some of Paul's pictures and have a similar setup with d-rings on the wall. I used a combination of stud finder and common sense. I followed the wall mounts of the metal shelf/table and found where the studs are. I also followed the mount points of the corner shelves and found where the studs were.
my benches were pulling out of the wall, I used toggle bolts to re-secure them. working well so far... If i mount anything else, i'll use either toggle bolts or hollow wall anchors and make sure and go into a "stud".

Many of the trailer supply houses have something similar to e track but made for bungee cords that is meant to fasten the whole length of your walls....It attaches with lots of small screws.... and has slots large enough to get a bungee hook into every couple of inches the entire length of the wall....I have used this system for over three years now and have not had any problems....
I've got factory PDF's of the wall stud layout/floors for the 2006 3712TS. I think the garage areas in the 3712 and the 3612 are framed the same, but not sure how the newer models compare.
If these drawings will help anybody send me a PM with your REGULAR EMAIL address and I'll be happy to forward - files are too large to post here.

I used some Cobra panel door drillers (see photo) these were short enough not to push against the outside wall. Ideally look at your rig when its early in the morning and see if you can mark the dew lines then use those to pinpoint an aluminum stud.
