I am new to the toy hauler world and am looking for opinions on the best lightweight toy hauler. I need to haul 2 Polaris 800's and pull with a 2000 Dodge 1/2 ton (7,250 tow rating). I would like it to have two full/queen size beds (bunk or otherwise) along with the fold down couch/dinette beds.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

James

I doubt that exists. Our HTTTH is 7000# GVWR. One queen bed on popout. Room for one ATV, or tweo if little. Does have fold down couches. I suspect you are looking for something your Dodge can't even move. Good luck my friend.

Just my opinion.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid you're right. I have looked at the Passport Break Away and the Fundfinder Xtra. Anyone have any experience with these?

Take a look at Eclipse.

The Attitude Z-Gravity or Stellar Lightning may work for you.

Both will work just don't get the front sleeper (the layout wont fit the two big Quads). We have the 23front sleeper and loaded water and gas clothes food and 4 bikes is only 6800lbs.

I was just looking at the FunFinder Xtra and I see it has wheel wells into the flooring ,so if that be the case you cannot put two side by side ,also that white interior is going to get so dirty ,if you go with that look . Also do those only come in 19 and 20 footers?. Going to get pretty crowded with all the sleepers down the way it shows in the pics.

edit myself I missed a pic in there I see you can put them end to end

Have you looked into any of the Hybrid toy haulers?

I've actually been looking at the 19ft Starcraft with the 8x8 deck off the front. Its got two queen tent ends that pop out, and it should be towable with your TV.

The only thing I'm concerned about is the sand getting thru the screens on the tent ends, but they are rather high off the ground so it might not be a problem.

Unless I am misunderstanding the question, why wouldn't a WW (or other brand) 21 footer not work? The ones DW and I have looked at had dual slide down queens in the rear and either goucho+table and dinette or goucho+table and two swivel chairs. In fact we almost bought a WW 21FK-SL but the price was too high. It looked like it would easily haul two full size quads and the weight wasn't too bad for a 1/2 ton to pull. Granted, it would put OP's truck near it's limits but with a decent WDH it would work. I know there are other brands out there that have 18-19 foot models that weigh less but have a similar floorplan to the 21FK.
