We understand Chris that you all don't want to camp with us in July. That is okay. We understand..... We have another family with little ones coming from southern Maryland with us July 18-21, so we will be okay.

I've got to tour the F/A 18 being that I worked in that program office so if I can make it, would like to take a peak at your baby. (and no Tina, I don't want to peak at you! ) My dad flew C130's and he always talks about how big they were.

Of course we'll be there if we can, and if I'm in the country, a tour of the C-5 is certainly possible. If I'm not home, I assume Tina will still stop by.

Cheers!

Hmmm, I'm trying to use the link. . .it won't let me! boo-hoo! But I'll get our reservation in. . .we are definitely gonna be there! I'm voting to take a tour of the museum and Chris' "baby!" Let me know if I can help jump any security hurdles, I can do that from here at Pax River.

Hmmm, I just called the link up just fine. I *will* admit when I make a reservation for Delaware, it sometimes takes 10-20 refreshes before it doesn't time out, especially when trying to view available sites.

No real security hurdles to jump for the airplane tour. As long as I called command post (who notified security forces) and escort the group with a valid restricted area badge, I've never had a problem with it.

Erin and I just booked C4. THe web site was a little confusing, it does'nt let you go back, so be careful. This worked out because we had nothing booked for June, and oh yea---Erin has us booked for Colonoscopies on the 19th-so I will be needing alot of coctails that weekend.

I really want to visit this park but we are going to Westmoreland the weekend before for Father's Day so I doubt we'll be able to swing another trip that close with everything else going on this summer.

Great news Erin, Gary, and Cindy-- so glad you are going us. I believe each of you will enjoy this campground.

Ok, here's the new thread....

So what activities do we want? Pot luck? Frisbee golf? Water park? Softball? Horseshoes? Kite flying?

How about taking the family to the Drive-In theater? Click HERE

I like the idea of the drive-in, the tour of the air base and horseshoes. We should get a little competition match thing going (even though I don't do horseshoes- I can watch & cheer)

Horseshoes? Hmmmmmmm....you're gonna give us heavy METAL objects to THROW...after a few cocktails?! This outta be GOOD.... LOL!

As for the drive-in, I guess it depends on what's playing that weekend. It's kind of "hit-or-miss" with them.

This gathering is gonna be a BLAST!!!!!!!
