SureFlo has a few new pumps. I just replaced the one in my MH this summer for under $100. It increased my pressure by 5lb and is much, much quieter. It was plug and play, same connectors...even I could do it.
If you can't get the noise down to an acceptable level, you could shut the pump off at night and put a gallon bottle of water near the toilet to rinse the bowl. One of the joys of boondocking is some nights it gets really quiet!
Here's a $10 solution that I used in our previous trailer...10 feet of high pressure flexible water hose coiled on the outbound side of the pump. The flexible hose helps to absorb the pressure wave before it hits the hard PEX water pipes in the trailer that are really creating the noise. Plus I mounted the pump on some medium density flattened hot water pipe insulation. (Medium density is the ticket -- too soft or too hard doesn't absorb the vibrations). An accumulator helps to reduce the pump run time, but doesn't make the pump much quieter. Some of the newer hi performance pumps help too, but they're expensive.
