After seeing these mods I ordered 3 soap dispensers from ebay and already recieved and mounted them. Total cost is 29.00 (includes shipping and I didn't have to go to HD). 2 at the sink, one for hand soap and another for dish soap. One at the bathroom sink.

I did pick up a laundry room faucet from HD for 13.00, clearence item. It reaches to the middle of the sink which will allow us to wash our hands and rinse without making a mess or rubbing the sides of the sink. I'll install it tomorrow. I'll post pics when I'm done.

Have a good one!

The LED lighting does need to be tapped into live 12V power. I picked it from the under cabinet lighting which is about 12 inches to the right in the pic. Pulled the live 12v to the toggle switch shown then to the speaker. This way we only use the light as needed.

Ahhh, I didn't think it was as easy 'plug and play'
probably be a little more tricky for a couple of roof mounted speakers in our HTT...??

As far as closet mods go, hubby put in shelves in our Jayco that allow us to use 4 clear totes as drawers. That way you can take them inside to load (and unload) and the clothes don't fall out when you open the door after a long ride. To keep the totes from shifting while towing we use a tension shower rod vertically just inside the door. Then when you get to your campsite you use the same rod as an extra towel bar in the bathroom or across the smaller back bed as a clothes dryer. I will add pictures when hubby gets home with the camera! (all the shelving is removeable if you feel the need to remove it before resale but I think it's such an addition to the sale I see no need to ever remove it!)

Here are the soap pumps I installed and the changing of the bathroom faucet to a "laundry" faucet (that's what the package called it from HD). I'll switch out the white aerator to a chrome one shortly.

Hope my pics come through, my first time.

Hey, they look great! You'll really enjoy them, I know I did when I went to Myrtle Beach last week! I realized I need to install a toothbrush holder on the wall in my bathroom too...looks like you already did that

I like the LED lighted speakers too! That's a really cool idea I didn't even think of! I got tired of my old Linear Series stereo and found for $68 at Target a Pioneer car stereo that plays MP3 CD's and has remote control. It has a high power amp that really wakes up my new speakers.

I like the plastic tote idea for the closet. I noticed I had a problem with mine in that clothes work their way to the back, and then it's a challenge to get them out. Using a tote, I could slide it out to obtain what I wanted from teh back.

i found cloth/wire bins @ Lowe's that fit perfectly in our modified wardrobe. (put shelves in) the bins are longer than the plastic ones which allows us to utilize all the shelf space. we just pull one out like a drawer to reach what's at the back.

I went for the home theater angle. I have a pretty elaborate setup at home and the 14 TV/DVD combo wasn't working for me, especially with the AC running. I also decided a speaker upgrade was in order. The speakers are Infinity 6012i's which are 6.5" around and have a separate tweeter and built in (simple) crossover. The were the largest that would fit in the original mounting holes. The DVD/MP3/Radio is a Jensen MP5000. The only reason I used this was because it had 6 channels of amplification, which was a benefit in my toy hauler with the outside speakers. I used an Insignia 19" LCD widescreen HDTV because all of my DVDs are widescreen and the TV has a computer monitor input along with HDMI/progressive/S-vhs, etc. The Jensen MP5000 works OK as a dvd player, but doesn't send a progressive scan or S-VHS signal, so I added a Sony DP-77 DVD player. I made the brackets out of some thin metal reinforcing plates from Simpson products (Lowe's has them). I used wiremold after an unsuccessful attempt at fishing the audio/video cables across the roof. I think I could have got there eventually, but didn't want to mess up my insulation and was having a hard time getting the cables into the roof from the refrigerator area.
