I just bought a 19 ft. Sea Ray 190 used today with 110 hrs on it. Boat are real cheap at this time. Sub prime boats I guess. I wanted something to take to Powell and Mead when I have the time.
2005 Chev 5.3 Supercharged 395HP 425 T hp. Two wheels on front, 2 on back. one seat, tint windows. front and rear bumpers, headlights, windows. Door on each side. Heater, floor mats, junk behind seats, some dirt. Pulls so hard.
We've been boaters and campers for almost 20 years. Moved up the boating ladder until we bought our 36 foot Carver Mariner. We lived on it from May to October for 7 years. Camped during the off season. We sold the boat just before the gas price explosion and now do the same thing, just with a motorhome.
I will never forget the memories of those trips Down East Maine, those solitary islands, the smells, the sounds...they can never be duplicated in the RV. I still miss it but I don't regret moving on.

Shame on you. You could rent nice houseboat at Powell Lake for mere $12,000 a week.
I am thinking of taking my 23' cruiser there at the end of this summer. Have been there 6 years ago.
