If you are referring to winter months when they could freeze. None. Summer months we never unload our rig.

pork & beans, spam, Lima Beans, Canned fruit (sliced peaches, Sliced apples, etc..), soups. That is about it. We usually take a lot of dishes that we make the night before we leave and reheat them during our stay at a CG.

In our area, we never left food out in the MH. We get terribly hot days and didn't have a cover for the MH...one time I went in and it was 145 degrees in the MH!!! In the winter, we get 20-30 below....when my shampoo froze out there, I never left anything in the MH again! Pain in the butt, but.................

I don't leave anything in mine. The winter here is too cold and everything would freeze. I learned this the hard way. The first time we brought home the trailer in the spring I spent 2 days cleaning maple syrup and shampoo of every hard surface in the trailer. What a mess! However, everything was really clean and it smelled good!

The only time I remove canned goods from the rv is if the "use by date" is soon and needs to be used or if interior of rv will freeze during the winter.

The only thing I leave in it in the Winter is the rum.

Summer we leave everything in it including chips, cookies, and crackers. It is in covered storage when not in use.
