First let me start off by saying hello. I found this site by searching for info on this TT. I am new to TT with absolutely no experience and I need some help This trailer is on a local RV lot and it is being sold as lightly used. We like the layout with the three bunks and queen bedroom. Can anyone offer me any info on this TT as far as cost asking price is $14,877 and the over all construction of the unit (good and bad)

Need some more info such as length of trailer and condition. Check NADA guides also. Good luck, John

We have a 25' 2002 Coachmen and have been very happy with the overall construction of the unit. It is definitely a "solid" travel trailer.

I have a 2000 Coachmen and am very satisfied with the TT. Looked up a 2005 TBS on NADA and price you were quoted was about low retail. Price isn't to bad, but if anything like dealers around here they won't budge much. What are you going to pull it with? NADA say 6750-7500lbs empty and actually 32ft long. Loaded you will be approaching three quarter ton territory. Hope this helps, John

We have had 3 Coachmen TTs over 20+years. All have been good quality. I think your 05 will be good also. Just understand that TTs (like cars) are mass produced, which means there is VERY GOOD and VERY BAD in everything mass produced.

I thank you guys for the info. I will be pulling it with a 2006 F-350 diesel. The wife and I are going to another dealer on Saturday to look at other TT. If she doesn't find anything else I am going back to deal on the Coachmen. I have been reading through the post on this site and it seems that water leaks are the major issues with TT either from the roof, slide out,or plumbing. So I guess I will climb under it, over it, and in it to check for leaks and any tell tale of water leaks. The dealer warrantees the TT for 30 days so that will give me time to set it up and check everything out.

Looks like a good trailer. I just sold my 05 24IFK for $8500, NADA listed it as $11,500 for the average retail. It was a great TT, it just didn't fit my family any longer...so we have upgraded to a Grey Wolf with bunks in the back and a queen in the front...haven't hit the road with it yet, but love the layout.
Good luck and happy camping

We 06 Capri 210db, the thing we had a problem with was some laminit coming unguled. It was an easy fix thought. We are looking at the same TT as carlstone05 has. Our TT has been good to us, but we need something a little bigger, as I now have 4 girls in the family (if you count the male dog it is 5 ).

To me, the price seems a little high. You might want to give them a lowball offer of $10,000-$12,000 to start off with. Good luck, it looks nice!
