In this photo of the tongue fully extended, the bolt holes where the generator and mount are attached are visible. Should a instability situation arise, it is a simple matter to loosen two bolts and set the whole thing in the tow vehicle or the travel trailer.

For stability, more distance between the hitch and the trailer axles is better. Less distance between the axle and the rear of the trailer is better.

For a TT, less distance from the rear axle of the tow vehicle to the hitch is better.

I was hopeing to hear from others that tow with a Wrangler. Here is a link to a video that shows the instrument panel readings while towing at interstate highway speeds. Over the dashboard, through the bug splattered windshield as the sun comes up, showing the, RPM, Average Fuel Mileage, Speedometer, ect..

The extensible tongue shows up well in this photo. Normaly the 3000 watt Yamaha generator and the mount / cover sit on the tongue.

EDIT: add correct photo
