'Eat for your Blood Type' I think is the Title ,and tonight we went out to dinner with a couple who are on this diet. So far they have each lost aprox 10 lbs.
Has anyone tried this?

I haven't tried it, was thinking about looking into it, but forgot. Thanks for the reminder.

Fad diets come & go.
The indisputable fact remains that in order to lose weight you must expend more calories than you consume.

The worlds best diet?
Eat less. Move more.

This is true, but, for me, a low-carb diet works the best. And I feel better, too.

I've heard about it - makes sense to me - each person has different requirements to be whatever they are...let me know what you find out.

parisroady. Is this different from the diet for hair color? Wouldn't want to get the wrong diet.

parisroady. Nah! I wouldn't do that! Fact remains loosing weight is simple for most people and ed6713 has hit it on the head. That's all there is to it.

OK OK, I know it's simple to lose weight, ask someone who's done it.
The hard part is keeping it off. I didn't believe that till it happened to me. So now I'm in the same boat as all the others.
Fortunately I only need to lose 25 lbs but it is just as hard as a lot more. HELP!

It would've been difficult to feed my family on the Blood Type Diet. I'm type O+, Bud's AB+, two of our kids turned out type A+ and the other type B+. Wah! How do you cook for that motley group? Weight Watchers worked great for me. Lost 80 lbs in 2001-2002 and still have it off.
