Not just the laser show, but just to see the monument lit at night is pretty cool.

Lil'Darlin1972 wrote about South Dakota and Mt. Rushmore on her RV.Net Blog last month. It's a 2-parter with lots of information.

Thank you everyone . Rafter J sounds like the place to stay. I have been on their web site and it looks really nice.

We are really looking forward to going there.

Thanks again.

I just reserved a site at Rafter J. Really nice lady on the phone. They don't use E-mail to confirm reservation just Mail.
It looks awesome. The two DD's are really looking forward to having access to a pool. They are both Pisces and would live in the water if I let them. They love it and with all the amenities at the campground, It will take a load off of me when packing. Thanks to all the posters who suggested this site.

You guys rock!

SWMBPOP has opted to return to Mt Rushmore next year and we will never, ever do the Mt Rushmore KOA again. Don't even get me started.
Worthless $#@#&)^&$*(&_ place. We left a week early because of them.

Anyhoo, I was coming on to the forums to ask opinions. You guys mind readers or somthin?!

Thanks!
