loydt... Where is your 5ers suspension set to? I looks like you could come up even to be level. You must really have to crank the front up to get it off the truck and then drop it back down quite a way to level out.
As far as the distance between the wheels...have you measured the distance? I think you would have to see a difference of 1/2 to 3/4" or more to really make an alignment issue. Have you measured the difference from side to side?
The suspension is set to whatever it came from factory. Does it look high in the front to you? I was thinking the same. My hitch is set up high in bed of my truck. It could be dropped down a notch. Although the genny will add another 300 LBS when I stick it in the front compartment.
I would wait to get the generator before you change anything. My dealer set all of my stuff up for me. Pin, hitch, suspension, all of it. I'm very nearly level when I am towing. I would think that level is the best way to tow. Have you stuck some level indicators on the side yet? If not, just get a 4ft level and stick it in the main storage and level from front to rear. Stick the 5 jobbers on there and that is a good as you really need. Do double check you could check the floor, then hold it up to the bottom of the frame for verification. That's the way I set ours up... Then I just add about 50 psi to the bags.
Looks great loydt!! I have the same TV as you and was worried about bedrail clearance. (The new Dodges sit very high). Now that I see your pics of it hooked up....my mind is at ease. I bet the factory set your trailer at lowest setting. You could likely gain 2" of height on 5er Jakeplate if you wanted. Looks like your bedrail clearance is good and 5er looks to be sitting fairly level as it is. If you wouldn't mind loydt....could you tell me your bedrail clearance and your Jakeplate setting at the time you took the pictures?? Thanks much loydt...Great looking rig!! might be a while before I can get measurements for you. Now the DW is getting her "toy". A complete house remodel with all new wood floors and a new kitchen!! I am the lucky one who gets to do all the tear out and prep work!! We may be sleeping in it a few nights!! Next trip will be the "man trip" down to Talladega for the April race. Genny and all will be done by then.

Did you get the MorRyde suspension? If so, Jayco sets it at the lowest of two settings. I had mine raised to the higher setting, which lifted the unit by about 1 3/4 inches. I also lowered the hitch one notch and now tow perfectly level !!
I contacted MorRyde directly to ask about the height changes, and was told the shocks would probably be too short ... which they were. They also told me the shocks Jayco uses are very light duty and that I really didn't need them with their suspension anyway ... so I opted to go without. I can't even tell the difference.
If don't have the Morryde, then the Jake Plate on the suspension gives you a few height adjustment options...
I tow with a 4x4 Chevy 2500HD with slightly larger tires then stock ... so the extra height was needed.

Don't worry about it loydt. I just thought if you're rig was handy....second guessing my choice of a black truck.....that white on white combo looks really sharp!!
