Therefore, King Kenny and Queen Valerie hereby decree, that ALL KINGS AND QUEENS WHO HAVE BEEN, OR WILL BE, SHALL BE KNOWN FROM THIS DAY FORTH, WITH THE PRE-FIX AS KING OR QUEEN such and such.
This shall not be a requirement, simply a suggestion for those of us that wish to show respect from time to time, to those who came before, and took a bullit for 'those who are yet to come.'
