I use a couple of gallon jugs that I can refill at a nearby hydrant. I don't seem to be very patient and this is a lot faster than waiting on slow stream of water from the toilet.

Hey no frosty jokes now!
but that really only works if you don't have much water in there so the cubes will really bump around. if you have a lot of water, the cubes will melt very quickly and will sort of slosh around without any real impact.
bumpy
We just hold the lever up on our toilet and let the bowl fill then flush, and repeat. Sometimes I'll use a bucket as well. This has worked very well for us to date.

Are we there yet?
When new to a CG, you can fill a 1 or 5 gallon bucket with water and count how long it takes to fill it up. Then when using your Flush King another time, you can count the same time to get 5 gallons of water in there. Or simply shine a flashlight down the hole.
I also have a piece of scrap PVC (about 4"?) that I put behind the flush handle to help fill it up.

I may have read this wrong but I think the poster might be a bit confused and is wondering how to flush the toilet if there is no water in the fresh water tank in order to fill the bowl.
Just to clarify the toilet uses water from the fresh water tank to flush. Once you flush, the waste water from the bowl drops into the black tank.
If this is the actual question you can use almost any water container to pour water into the bowl I've used bottled water in a pinch when the kids absolutely have to go and the tank fresh water is already drained. How's that for an expensive toilet flush?
Now on the other hand, if the original poster is asking how to add water to the black tank after flushing then the above responses are all good ones.

We use the hose at the dump station. When we arrive we fill the black tank, shake the trailer, dump the black tank, re-fill the black tank, shake the trailer, drain the black tank, add about 2 1/2 gallons water and then add our 11 secret herbs and spices.
Know we are ready for our next trip and our black tank is nice, clean and fresh.

Curious...could you expand a little...how do you use the hose at the dump station...do you use it to fill a bucket and carry that in? I once saw "somebody" hook their green hose to the site spigot then drag the hose around and into the trailer to get the water into the toilet...i'm guessing this is NOT what you mean...

The dump site is a few blocks from home and is the county sewer dept. They have a large 30' long hose that we just tank inside and open the toilet and fill the tank.
This is the same hose everyone hooks to what ever they use to spray or clean their black tanks.
Sometimes if we go home before dumping (due to a long line of campers) we just fill the tank at home using our garden hose.
