Our leaf spring tower broke and we called Lippert and Ragen. It was on our Christmas vacation and Lippert came out and beefed up both sides of our suspension because it was obviously not strong enough to sustain the weight of toy haulers. I think that all toy hauler companies should seriously consider the suspension that they have on late and previous models.

Eclipse and Lippert have been really good to me. I had some frame issues and they sent a fully set up rig to my house jacked up the trailer and fixed and gussetted all questionable items. After they finished I then took it to Range RV in Hesperia Ca. where all interior and exterior items related to the frame issue were rectified. I am extremely satisfied with my choice of trailer and dealership.
