I just got hit for three green sticker renewals. Apparently the fees have been increased. $50 per bike/quad. I ass-u-me this means more money for trail maintenance and keeping OHV parks open and cllean????? This increase took me by surprise but I see on other forums it must have been announced at one point.

Anyways I better write the check and wait to see all of the new improvements that will be coming our way.

Don't hold your breath... If anything we will probably just see more riding areas close

Aren't green stickers good for 2 years? If so, $25/year is not all that bad

Your going to see fees go up everwhere due to the HUGE buget short fall. Fees can be raised without voter appoval, taxes can't and there is a strong anti-tax movement in California.

The new assembly bill passed through with votes of confidence from the pro-OHV side. No more commission with greenies deciding to purchase park land instead of OHV land.

More on the ground projects and maintenance. The increase (although an increase) isn't that much seeing how the fee has not increased in 20+ years.

I WAS SHOCKED TOO!!!!!! Im with a the crowd that says we are going to loose more riding area. If you look @ Dove Springs OHV they installed bathrooms by the hill climbs. HELLO, tht means more interaction with BLM. Then whey will cry the bleu's that there is no money to maintain them and close the area. ETC..ETC... God forbid somebody shoots up the restroom or vandalizes them, WWIII will start w/ BLM .

Good by to the good ole days!

Just got mine in the mail for my son's KX65, $50.00 ! It was a shock at first I'm used to seeing $25.00. go figure, pay more and get less (closed riding areas)! How in the hell are we suppose to change anything???? Everyone always says "vote" it will make a difference! Bull!!! People vote, laws get passed, then overturned when someone doesn't think it's fair---so much for voting!!!!
