Thought this might be good for the beginners, (we all were at one time) RV Roadtrips is back on tv again, this Friday at 7 am on channel 230 (the DIY channel). The first show is "How to choose, drive, and setting up in a campground." This might give good information to all beginners and maybe some of us that occasionally need a refresher. Hope it helps. Just an FYI - these are not new shows, they are reruns of the shows that were first aired back in 2006. If you haven't seen them, they are worth watching, very informative.
Gary Bunzer (the show host) is a great guy and really knows his RV stuff. He's also known as the "RV Doctor". Gary informed me recently that he is working on another RV show. Hopefully we will see something soon. Gary has a great web site too and has written many RV books and is producing a do-it-yourself RV maintenance series of DVD's. RV Roadtrips is what got my husband and I into wanting an RV! We would watch it on Sunday morning while eating our breakfast and one day we both looked at each other and said, "I think we should look into buying a trailer!" Best thing we ever did...camping (or as my husband calls it...RVing) is our only nirvana.
