Talk about great customer service. I contacted Fan-tastic fans to order a replacement foam gasket so I could relocate my fan. Shelley in customer service said they would send one out that same day and no at charge. What arrived today was a complete install kit; gasket, mounting screws, electrical components, and a tube of Dicor. These folks can't be beat.

They really are awesome. As frustrating as it can be to maintain our rigs some times, it sure is refreshing there are a few companies that stand behind their products.

+1 on the great customer service - I just received two new lids for my fantastic fans a few weeks ago, absolutely free including shipping.

from posts here they are also good at replacing those faulty automatic open/close mechanisms which apparently have a semi-frequent failure rate.

MaxxAir (TurboMaxx) has similar customer service. They sent me (free) parts to fix the things I screwed up because I couldn't follow directions...

When my grown kids were inspecting our new fifth wheel, one asked why we bought a trailer that sleeps 4. My reply was that we couldn't find one that sleeps 2!

For what you pay for them they should give us free stuff!! LOL. For the few in the very many that buy these it doesn't cost them much and they get great free word of mouth advertising for it.
But still it is nice to buy from a company with great customer service.

JMHO....
