Have only had 2 minor issues with my unit and didn't even have to return to dealer. I did not see paperwork, but that doesn't mean there wasn't any done. Dealer (Northgate RV; Ringgold, GA) will treat you everyway BUT wrong.

On our previous trailer we took it back for some minor things. I did not get to attend the PDI, DH and oldest son picked it up. I made a list and they typed up a work order and I signed acknowledging it was complete. When I went back to pick it up they went over the work order and repairs with me and I signed that they were done.

Hi: I had a bedroom window come loose on our trip to Washington state in the spring of 2006. Our Flagstaff was under warranty at the time. I used wire to hold the window in place until we got home two weeks later. At that time I call the Flagstaff warranty department and explained the window problem to them. They sent me to a local Flagstaff dealer and he call them and ordered a new window. When the window came in (took about a week) the dealer call me and I dropped off the trailer. When I picked up the trailer I signed my name a couple of time and was on my way. I was not charged for the work. Happy Camping Jim2007

Take to the dealer. Tell 'em whats up. They do the stuff and have the work order signed. They get paid. Tow it home and re-do everything they did, the right way. Pretty standard OP.

I just talk to the service dept and give them a list of what needs fixed, sign the work order and leave. When I pick up the unit, they tell me what they fixed and how it was fixed (if I ask them). Great dealer and outstanding service. Only problem is that the dealer is almost 80 miles away so I usually let things pile up before I take it in as long as nothing major is wrong.

The few things that I had my dealer fix they did right. I take it in they write it up fix it and call me when it is done so far so good, I think my dealer is great.
