Well everyone I took Junior to the vet this morning and he had more tumors in his abdomen so the vet and I agreed it was time. So he was euthanized this morning and has gone to be with his brother Tigger. I feel Tigger must need him to help greet those who are crossing over. Junior was a huge plush beige fur 5or 6 yr old cat. When he laid down he always crossed his front paws and his chest stuck out luck he was the proudest cat in the world. What a beautiful sight for any pet to encounter as they come to the bridge. I know Jr and Tigger will help all those who need help when they get there.
This morning was very difficult but I could not let hi go on for I knew if he did not eat for 2 days that he wasnt going to and it was not fair to let him continue like this. I know I did the right thing. In 3 weeks his remains will be put in his own box that matches his brothers and his picture and angel ornament cat will be beside him along with his Teddy Bear that said "I'd rather be sleeping" because that was his fav thing to do.
Thanks everyone for your prayers and for listening.
Have a good sleep Junior!

(((((((( Margie )))))))))) please accept my gentle cyber hugs and condolences. I know all too well how hard this is.....

A poem for you:

Weep not for me though I am gone,
Into that gentle night.
Grieve if you will, but not for long,
Upon my soul's sweet flight.

I am at peace, my soul's at rest,
There is no need for tears.
For with your love I was so blessed
For all those many years.

There is no pain, I suffer not,
The fear now all is gone.
Put now these things out of your thoughts,
In your memory I live on.

Remember not my fight for breath,
Remember not the strife,
Please do not dwell upon my death,
But celebrate my life.

We all understand what you are feeling. You have my prayers, Junior doesn't need the prayers anymore because he is perfect once again.

Our sympathy as well - even harder to lose two of them so close together. It's hard, but it sounds like you did do the right thing.
