I am looking at purchasing a Seneca 35 ft. toy hauler and have been hearing about some issues with them. Suspenion/rear spring problems? Can anyone who has one or knows abotu this fill me in? I've heard that GM nor Jayco are standing behind the issue anymore. Thanks, Kevin/Undecided.
Jayco stands behind their products no matter what. When a supplier furnished them with trailer frames with come cracking issues a few years ago, the trailer manufacturer backed away and refused to honor their own warranty. Jayco repaired the few that had issues themselves. Search this forum for Seneca issues, the few who has problems were repaired and upgraded at a shop of the owners choice, paid for by Jayco.
