I think I found the deal I've been waiting four months for. New 06 Newmar Ventana 3631 with following options: king dome auto sat, sirius radio, chrome ext mirrors, power sun visors, tank heat pad, power awnings.

Deal when I forced myself to walk away and think about it overnight was 125k (list is 192k), 100% finan, 5.99% interest. Any opinions, on rig, deal or newmar would be appreciated.

Sounds like a deal to me IF you plan to keep it a good five or more years.

My only comment is that rig is almost 3 years old. Look at the NADA value for the rig used if your purchase price is close to the price of a used unit, then it is a good deal.

The options you mention are all possible as add-ons. I would be more concerned with engine, transmission, # of slides, floorplan, appliances, etc. JMO

sounds like a deal to me. 35% off, 100% financing and 6% interest. I like it. get them to through in an extended warranty and that would be the cherry on top.

Newmar would be on my short list if I were looking for a DP. It is 2 years old what's NADA on a 2006 and adjust for being new. Do you like the floor plan. Only you can decide if it's a deal and if you will be happy with it.
Where has it been sitting for the last 2 years? was it winterized if kept where it got below 32 degrees? What's the date code on the tires you could only have 3 to 4 years left before needing to replace them. Could bring all this up to work a better deal.

I looked it up on the NADA and it's priced 3,000. under low book. It has 3 slides and a kingbed floor plan. Sounds like a deal to me if you like it. Even if you have to replace the tires in a few years, you're still ahead. If it has never been registered, where has it been? Can you get a paper trail as to where it's been since initial delivery. What's the mileage and since it has never been registered shouldn't it come with the original factory warranty?

NADA is 128k - 154k it was manufactured in Aug of 06 and this dealer has had it on it's lot for about a year. They bought several Ventana's at year end from Newmar and this is the last one. This rig is at a show and tomorrow is the last day of the show. I don't know if I can get the show interest rate after Sunday.

If they still have it after the show, then you're apt to get more,... not less. Good Luck and let us know how it turns out for you. Glad to see, someone's still buying.
