Try Robin Hill in Lenhartsville. I have a seasonal; there which is about 50X50 for $2700. It is only about 15 miles from Appalachian. I would contact them soon as the sights seem to be filling up fast. Maybe because of the Appalachian problem.

We feel like this is a nightmare! Our $2800. has been paid, brand new TT, just built 30' deck and we get a call saying we are going to close for the weekend for sewer repairs. Then fellow campers send me a copy of a newspaper article from reading stating epa found lead in soil, and municipality is forcing them to hook into public sewew for 2.5 mil., and now I call today and they say they are closed for this year and they don't know if we are getting our money back yet. Waiting for the corporation to let local management know. By the way the current corp. owners would appear to be LES, Encore, and RVonthe go. This is so unfair!

Just wanted to update a bit, they did tell me on the phone today that they will be issuing refunds to seasonal campers first once corp approves it. Lucky for me i'm not a seasonal so it's just a marginal amount i have for deposits there, but fortunately i used my Credit Card & i'm hoping to have some way of having the charge reversed since our reservations are for this month already.

Just a note to let you guys know that the corporation has come through and offered us full refunds or they will pay to transport our units to one of their other corporate owned campgrounds at a discounted rate, i.e. Spring Gulch, Circle M, Gettysburg farms, etc.. We will be able to leave our decks and sheds at Appalachian until next year. Waiting to see how this plays out, but, as it stands now they seem to be trying to make the best of a bad situation.

Sounds good for you for this year, does this corp. have somethimg to do with Outdoor World? Two of the parks listed are Outdoor World Parks.

All three of the parks mentioned are Outdoor World parks. I don't know the corporate structure since TT took over. Going to Gettysburg Farm next week.

Yes it would appear that the present corporation or corporations LES, Encore and RV on the go are all somehow involved and must have taken over thousand trails, who I believe took over Outdoor World. I think we are going to Spring Gulch if they can accomadate us as this would be the closest and the nicest as far as I can see. I am just very relieved that it is all getting straightened out. Thanks for the input.
