Was planning to be gone this weekend, but with Severe Weather coming through Friday, using this weekend to finalize the preps to go the next good WX weekend.

Last weekend I spent 5 hours scrubbing down the roof twice and getting all the black streaks off the sides until she really shines now! This weekend install the new awning clamp, check the tires, bearings and appliances. Wife is already loading and packing stuff. Replacing my too light of gauge blue brake wire that the dealer installed, running #10 and we should be good to go!!! Also just got my new Mountain Bike last night so all three of us have new Mountain Bikes for this season of path and trail riding around the campgrounds.

Feel sorry for all the Wisconsin area getting another big snow from this storm, but the Ohio weather is starting to break after this storm goes by Friday. Already been in 70's this week!

Let the Season Begin!!!!

We're going to CW on Saturday to get the things from last year's list (new Pat-e-O mat, levelers, and a better grill) then we'll be camping on cape cod the next weekend

Hubby leaves work in one hour. Fiver is hooked to truck, packed and ready to take off. Boondocking tonight at a flea market in Pa, at campground next two nights. Going with our Good Sam club group. Time for me to shut down this computer and pack it up too.

Another weekend planned for next week. Down near Altantic City. Yippee! It's camping season.

We are going this weekend. Do not care if the weather is gonna be lousy. Figure it to be a mental health weekend, even if all we get to do is enjoy the inside of the camper.

We are hoping to make it out before the end of the month. I have the camper home from storage..but need a nice day to de winterize it and clean it out. I want to take all the bedding to a laundry mat and wash it. Restock the cupboards and we will be ready.

We got back from two and a half weeks of camping in eastern Kentucky yesterday. We always leave Easter after church and go a little south where it is warmer than it is here in Michigan. We will be going out to the local state park in a few weeks for four days. Very few people are out this early, hooray.

The weather was much better today than the weatherman said it would be so I opened up the HTT to air it out. Man I miss that "camper smell". The wife has ask about the camper lately, huh, maybe she is getting the itch too. This Feb. we were blessed with our first grandchild,a beautyful baby girl, and we can't wait to take her on her first camping trip.
