Have you made these before?

Flour Tortillas
2- 8oz cream cheese
small jar of chopped pimentos
small can green chiles
1/2 can chopped black olives
green onions to taste
salsa sauce (I usually use Ortega medium)

mix all ingredients, spread on the tortillas and roll up. Chill in refrigerator for several hours, slice into 1/2 inches slices and serve with salsa.

I'd be tempted to try them as a quesidilla.

Made them many times! Use different ingredients every time. They do disappear fast.
