Trolling is pretty common on most message boards, I see it alot on some of the 4x4 forums I frequent.

it was very hard to believe. I had a 19' for awhile and I noticed real fast if my brakes were set to light and did not stop the trailer good enough.....I think it is a TROLL also.... just somebody with nothing to do... as long as you know what they are and what they want to do they have no power over us....

I thought brakes were standard, could you not tell you had no brakes for 400 miles? do you have brake control hooked up?
If that were my tt I'd take it back, just because of the mold, did they not go through the tt with you, to show you how every thing works?
