what do you use on the floor of it. We just finished a week of camping and used our new pop-up shower. It is truly DA' BOMB!!!! The kids took multiple showers each day going from the water(mudpit) to other activities. We used it each night for our showers and it was SO nice.
The only thing I need to get a handle on is the floor. It came with a tarp-like removable floor but when you are done showering and trying to get dressed you end up getting your clean clothes wet tring to step into them....wanted to know if any of you have any ideas like some type of grate thingy that is soft to the feet that will drain.....
any info is appreciated.

I don't have one, but I have seen a 3'x3' pallett used with a lot of sealer (read, prep time to aviod splinters) and it worked really well. You have to add a few baords to make the gaps smaller, but the user really ilked it.
Pallett - FREE
Extra Wood - $.50 per 4' "Cull" piece from HD
Sanding and Sealnig - less than $20.00
not a bad deal

Is this the shower base type thing? I have been considering getting one of these. Or is it something entirely different?Mark Heisler wrote: we use a big tub that the kids toys where in . it measured 3 feet across and about 2 feet high

HA!! HA!! I AM the wife. My teenage daughter did use it...although reluctantly at first but then appreciated not having to go to bath house...I did decide it is best to use some sort of dressing gown/robe afterwards...easier to get into..but we need something to stand on instead of the tarp bottom that holds water on some parts. It is the Outback Porta Privy and we ordered it from Cabelas..not sure how to post link...

We usually camp at state parks along the ocean, so the sites are mostly sand/dirt. By the time you've showered off on one side of the camper and walked back around, your feet were nasty.
DW bought several of the interlocking tiles that would be used in a garage (fatigue mats) and I make a path out of them from the shower area around to the rug.
They are 36"x36" ,heavy rubber, with holes through them. She got them at Lowes.
We were at Edisto State Park last summer and "everybody" had one of those shower enclosures - it is over a mile down the highway to the dump station. I have one on my list
Good luck,
David

I bought some interlocking foam type of tiles that are super light. You can buy them at autoparts stores. They lock together and could be used to protect truck beds, or use them for padding under sleeping bags when sleeping on dirt.
I think a packet of 8 comes for around $15.00. All of them together weigh about as heavy as a 6 pack of pepsi.
Interlock them together in one long chain or pathway away from the shower. Your feet will stay clean that way.
